(2) To make a great impression on the person or the people you are talking to; You MUST fall in love with them and the idea of helping them with your message (3) All you need to succeed are already within you. You just need great teachers like Bob to help you unlock your many many qualities and potentials. (4) There is nothing anyone is doing right now which you cannot do. If you have the right attitude, Bob and his team will help you become the best in that thing. Because Bob knows that not everyone is "conscious" or "enlightened", this is why he specifically said "watch this video again and again until you get it". There is a good reason why he said that.
